Executive Assistant, APAC Sales
This role will provide administrative support to Vice President Asia Pacific Sales
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide secretarial supports to Vice President Asia Pacific Sales
- Facilitate with events and large meeting organization. (Internal and External)
- Coordinate with key counterparts, either internal or external
- Work proactively and independently to support regular meetings.
- Coordinate and make travel plans & arrangements.
- Collect data, conduct basic research work if needed, set up and maintain records and files.
- Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task requirements
You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years related working experience in a multi-national environment or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Strong Microsoft Office suite, Excel and pivot table skills, PowerPoints knowledge
- Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
- Work accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a new environment.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor
