JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in the design and implement of network infrastructures to support TOS deployments, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security. Configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers) to meet specific requirements and ensure optimal network performance. Collaborate with system administrators and database administrators to integrate network components (reverse proxy and docker networks) with other systems. Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively. Troubleshoot network problems (end-to-end) and implement solutions to restore network functionality. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Implement and manage network security measures, such as firewalls, web application firewall, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. Stay updated on security threats and best practices to protect network infrastructure. Integrate TOS with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) to provide scalable and flexible solutions. Configure virtual networks and load balancers to optimize performance and availability. Plan and execute on-premise TOS deployments, ensuring compatibility with existing network infrastructure. Provide technical support and guidance to regional teams or local IT teams during on-site installations. Provide technical support to regional teams and end-users for network-related issues. Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with global and regional technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on enterprise-grade networks. Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, routing protocols). Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their networking capabilities. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.   Desired Skills (Additional) Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP or CCSE or FCSE). Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g. IaC or Ansible). Experience in administration/operations of docker components on Linux OS. Knowledge of specific terminal operating systems and their networking requirements.
