Early Years Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to oversee the running of our preschool and out of hours club in the Rushmere St Andrew area of Ipswich. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as good business acumen and a clear understanding of child safety, early years care and education.
As a minimum, you must have relevant NVQ level 3 in Early Years and Childcare and have at least two years senior experience.
You will:
- be in charge of the day-to-day running of the preschool and out of hours club manage and support our team of staff, and work alongside the admin team
- make sure that the setting offers a safe and caring environment for children to develop and learn
- be committed to the provision of high-quality care and learning, continuous professional development and enjoy working well in a busy environment.
