CEO Assistant
DP World, the fast-growing logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a highly well-organized and resourceful CEO Assistant to join our team in Constanta, Romania.
Your Responsibilities:
• Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO & Management Team.
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Collaborating with clients, regional offices, and cluster leads to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
• Collecting, analyzing, and preparing data for management reports and decision-making processes.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Assisting in planning and coordinating business trips, events, and conferences.
• Monitoring and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within the transport and logistics sector.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• Analytical skills to collect and interpret data effectively.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to think ahead, ensuring smooth collaboration with multicultural teams while driving timely delivery.
• Customer-centric approach, empathetic listener with a clear and precise communication style, and the ability to address individuals or groups at any level with confidence and tact.
