To be an effective Operations Manager, you will support the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing all store stock and operational processes. You will lead and inspire your team to be their best in order to maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets.

About the Role:
To be a successful Operations Manager you will:
- Support the Store Management Team by leading, inspiring and developing your team to be at their best and confidently manage the store during periods of absence
- Work closely alongside the Assistant Store Manager to ensure all operational processes, such as; Stock-takes are planned and carried out effectively
- Strive to achieve consistent Stock KIP’s by challenging results to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively to increase results
- Shows resilience during periods of change and embraces feedback to continue to drive results
- Oversee the daily running of multiple stock operations
- Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes is at the core of everything you do, in an environment that is safe, operationally efficient and commercial
- Support the Store Manager by being accountable for meeting all legal and compliance requirements in stockroom and areas you and your team are responsible for
- Be confident in leading disciplinary/grievance procedures where necessary
- Have a clear understanding of managing man-hour control expectations, to ensure all store processes are managed effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team
- Ensure the Company`s security procedures are adhered to and utilise the Loss Prevention Team to effectively implement these procedures at all times
- Ensure training, development and recruitment needs are addressed to a high standard
