Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school with outstanding features’ by Ofsted in December 2023. As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning.
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to support our Facilities Manager. The role is very varied and will include producing ID badges for staff and students, dealing with queries from staff and contractors and filing. We are looking for someone with at least one year’s administration experience and you should possess excellent ICT skills especially in Word and Excel. Ability to be flexible and to have good organisation skills will also be a prerequisite to the post.
The hours of the job can be flexible to meet any external commitments you have. You will be expected to work beyond the school teaching weeks to fulfil this role.
