Job Description: Do you want to make an impact, learn and grow, and be part of the Success Center team? We are looking for an energetic Office Assistant! Job functions:
• Greet, direct and provide information, support and assistance to students, faculty, administration, and others visiting the OALA Department.
• Perform administrative duties, such as answering the phone, greeting students and providing OALA information to those who visit the OALA department.
• Perform administrate tasks as assigned (answering main phone line, filing, organizing projects, distributing mail, running errands, and maintaining student areas). Assist the Office Manager and Accommodation Specialists, as needed.
We are looking for student workers who:
• Qualify for federal work-study
• Have a 3.0 minimum GPA
- Provide general office assistance and support
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
