The purpose of this role is to coordinate content management across Service Replacement and Performance aftermarket businesses, and to create the right content to engage, educate and activate our aftermarket community, including our distribution channel, mechanics and end customers. In addition, the scope of this role also includes developing and implement the social media strategy and calendar to drive brand and product awareness of Garrett within the aftermarket space, and engagement with the Garrett brand.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.Social Media - META Strategy:

  • Contribute to the Garrett aftermarket social media - META strategy implementation
  • Align content contribution with the overall aftermarket and digital strategy
  • Define strategic parameters for Aftermarket Social Media Content
     

2. Email Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Lead process to select, define & prioritize content for the Email Marketing Campaigns- Aftermarket. "Email Marketing Platforms knowledge is a plus
  • Proactively interact with Product Managers to define value proposition communication across all of Garrett`s Aftermarket Product lines

 

3. Digital Content Creation:

     • Create engaging content and ideas to activate and support the independent aftermarket community (distributors, mechanics, end customers), providing them with educational, instructional and how-to content (written and video)
     • Engage cross-functionally with subject matter experts to produce content.
     • Proactively engage with our target audience to better understand their needs, and build content accordingly
     • Develop new content contribution channels to generate internally and externally driven content (external SMEs, contests, enthusiast community engagement)
     • Develop and maintain Garrett Motion`s service replacement content roadmap, ensuring that cross-functional contributors have a clear understanding of roadmap and contribution expectations.
     • Use Garrett`s CMS platform to publish new content ensuring SEO relevance.

4. Social Media engagement & Community Management

    • Manage Garrett`s aftermarket & Performance social media audience (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube) engaging with them and ensuring their questions are answered.
    • Define Garrett`s aftermarket Social media communication roadmap for organic content and paid campaigns.
    • Create and manage social media campaigns on our social channels
    • Work collaboratively within the aftermarket team to define key messages that support our mission and determine the relevant communication channels.

You need:

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Copywriting, Advertising, Marketing, digital technologies or MBA 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Content management & development, Email marketing, and social media. SEO experience will be a plus
  • An interest and/or experience in writing and publishing website content (blog, social media content, website content) in Wordpress
  • Must have skills:  META Suites, Content Creation (Written and Visual expertise), Email Marketing Management, Digital tools Savy
  • Nice to have skills: CMS, Google Analytics, SEO, Photo editing (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator), AI Knowledge-prompting,
