Role Overview: As an Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) at Euroclear, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering critical initiatives. Your focus will be on leading all aspects of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and collaborator expectations. Here are the key areas where your expertise will shine:

1. CRM Implementation:

• Maximise your experience in implementing CRM systems to drive successful adoption and integration within Euroclear.
• Understand business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and enhance user experience.

1. Portal Management:

• Lead all aspects of the design, customization, and maintenance of portals.
• Ensure that portals align with business needs, enhance user experience, and facilitate efficient communication.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of portal technologies and standard methodologies.

1. Project Leadership:

• Define project proposals or plans, including timeframes, budgets, resource allocation, and staffing requirements.
• Establish overall project governance, organization, and deliverable scope.
• Manage business, technical, organizational, management, and financial aspects of the project.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management and collaborators.
• Negotiate changes in project specifications or scope when necessary.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the interface between project sponsors/clients and various IT services involved in the project.
• Collaborate with external suppliers (with support from specialized teams) and manage contracts.
• Analyze requirements and evaluate project feasibility within pre-defined strategies.

1. Leadership and Continuous Improvement:

• Lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers at the project level.
• Present projects convincingly to win buy-in from sponsors/clients.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and working with outsourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
