As a Senior Director you will own the team vision and execution of software design and development for major components of Oracle’s Health Application & Infrastructure platform. You will apply your technical and organizational skills to solve delivery, support, and operational optimizations, while modernizing the services platform to meet the needs of next generation clinical application development. 

The model candidate should have technical depth, architectural know how, passion for building world class team and demonstrated ability to balance work across initiatives.  You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

About the Role:

• The role will be responsible for managing a team of 60+ engineers with a variety of skillsets and experience levels.
• The role will be responsible for coordinating with our product teams on work and priority to ensure the team has a concise vision and set of goals prepared.
• The role will be responsible for ensuring the team meets key metrics, establishes milestones, and manages and achieves commitments.
