Within GBS, your will join the Reference Data team in charge of the data related to:

• Financial Instruments (Securities ISIN)
• Participants (Customer, Financial Agents)

For the Euroclear group, mainly:

• EB (Euroclear Bank)
• ESES (Euroclear Settlement of Euronext Securities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Epic Delivery Owner / Scrum Master. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of epics and features while also guiding our development teams through effective Scrum practices.

Your role

• Act as the primary point of contact for epic planning, execution, and delivery mainly to support the PRISM activities (PRB and ECRs delivery).
• Collaborate closely with product owners, partners, and development teams to prioritize and refine epics and features.
• Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure their efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum practices to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure continuous progress towards sprint goals.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to partners.
• Promote and advocate Agile principles and values across the organization.

Your skills

• Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Shown success in delivering complex projects or epics on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Certification with a recognized Agile Project Management qualification would be beneficial – e.g. Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP or equivalent experience.
• You know how to drive meetings, establish clear agenda and summarize outcome.
• Capacity to work autonomously and in close team collaboration.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt in case of unexpected change of priority.
• Curiosity about Euroclear business services is a plus (Settlement, Asset servicing, Banking, etc.).
