A Day in the Life:

The primary focus of the Account Service Representative is to provide contract sales support to Account Managers and Sales Leadership.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for implementation and full life-cycle of North American Corporate Contracts 
• Act as key point of contact for Sales team on assigned corporate contracts and ensure that contract parameters are accurate.
• Communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) so that others may understand what is required at all levels within the organization
• Review and Analyze Documents (Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, Intake Forms)
• Manage DocuSign queues to ensure signatures are properly obtained
• Monitor Contract Analyst mailboxes to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
• Assist in International Pricing Requests
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel & Outlook.
• Must be able to work independently utilizing analytical skills to solve complex contractual questions
• Utilizes Salesforce 
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders: account managers, Regional Sales Directors, VP’s, legal and Revenue Management

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to learn new programs and software quickly.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Capable of working independently and in an open team environment
• Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; research/investigate to find resolution
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal team members and external clientele.
• Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in team environment.
