Global Key Account Manager -Subsea
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Roxar team in Stavanger!
You will be part of the Sales and Services Team, reporting to the Director of Subsea Sales. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading, directing and coordinating all bidding, sales, world area front end, supply chain and technical support for key accounts and other relevant EPCs, while driving and improving overall global relationships.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Map, drive, and engage client relationship across multiple functions with clear objectives of joint project pursuit.
- Work towards directing all metering business to Roxar for oil and gas applications.
- Own, drive and conduct monthly project update meetings.
- Manage Strategic Supply Chain.
- Maintain global funnel including oil, gas and IPM targets.
- Align pursuit with Operator engagement together with subsea sales director.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing team and give feedback on improvement opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitive products and strategies for use in defining the new products.
- Collaborate with the owner of subsea flow metering to define tiering strategies and winning price models.
- Work on global frame agreement.

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.
For this Role, You Will Need:
- 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry in terms of planning, organizing, conducting sales and providing technical solutions within companies responsible for developing and commercializing technologies and products.
- Capabilities of understanding market opportunities and requirements, acquiring market intelligence, defining marketing and sales strategies and execution plans, assessing risks based on good judgement of realism in opportunities identified are required.
- Demonstrated ability in interacting with people and proactively search for solutions in the best interest of both the client and us.
