Document Services Operator - Imaging
Job Description
To provide scanning services and related activities for Hertz departments.
A Day in the Life- What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, batch, scan and validate all required documents, including hard and soft copy preparation and scanning within the required timeframe.
- Liaise with Hertz departments regarding queries and issues with imaging.
- Track and report on daily volumes of activity and adherence to SLA.
- Ensure that all scanning processes are running smoothly and all batches are processed through the systems in a timely manner (including poller and batch manager inspection) and that issues are escalated as required.
- Validation reporting of documents available in the depository.
- Monitoring the imaginghesc mailbox and responding and dealing with queries in the appropriate timeframe.
- To review operations on a regular basis and propose changes which will increase efficiency & reduce costs as part of our continuous improvement culture.
- To compile reports as requested by the Document Service Manager, Project Manager or Technology Management on cost, operational issues and to input and track all daily costs to facilitate budgeting.
- To ensure any other administration work required is carried out in a timely fashion.
- To assist in other daily operational tasks as requested by the Document Service Manager, Project Manager or Technology Management.
- To provide cover for other Document Services functions, including package shipping, document archival, document destruction, mailing services etc.
